Joseph Kolt Palmer, the former Yale school teacher accused of sending inappropriate, sexually explicit text messages to a female student, is behind bars in Texas. Kaufman County, Texas, sheriff deputies arrested the 27 year old at approximately 3 p.m. Tuesday after a felony arrest warrant was issued in Oklahoma.
