John Edmond Lee was born June 15, 1940 to Ollie and Beatrice (Walterscheidt) Lee in Hennessey, Oklahoma. He departed this life March 7, 2023, at the age of 82 years.

Beloved family man, friend and teacher, John Junior Sims passed peacefully surrounded by his family at home in Owasso, OK, on March 4, 2023, at the age of 78. A visitation will be held at 3-6PM at Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Cushing, OK, with the family greeting friends from 3-5PM. A Celebration of his life is planned for Friday, March 10 at 1:00 p.m. at the Ripley High School Auditorium in Ripley, OK.

Joyce Ann James, a long time Cushing, OK resident, passed away on Sunday February 26, 2023, at her residence at the Epworth Villa Retirement Community in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 81 years.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 6, 2023, at 10:00 am at the Euchee Valley Memorial Valley Cemetery, 505 N. Euchee Valley Rd. A memorial service will then be held on Monday, March 6, 2023, at 2:00 pm at the Epworth Village Retirement Center, 14901 N. Pennsylvania, Oklahoma City, Ok. Visitation with the family will be held on Sunday March 5, 2023, from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at the Matherly-Davis Funeral Home, 402 E. Broadway, Cushing, Ok.

Jo Ann Kinzie, 85, lifelong resident of Cushing passed on February 25, 2023. Early Saturday morning she went to be with the Lord and to see "her Bobby" once again.

Memorial services are 11:00am, Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Big Creek Church of the Brethren in Cushing.
