(Stillwater, Okla.) — A convicted drug offender from Yale was charged today with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on Wednesday in Cushing.
Ian Dale Nadell, 34, was scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon by video from the Payne County Jail, court records show.
