(Stillwater, Okla.) – A Perkins woman — on probation for methamphetamine possession in Cushing and property crimes in Pawnee County — was charged today in Payne County with possessing a stolen red Ford Mustang in Perkins on Monday and a large amount of stolen property in Stillwater on March 19.
    Due to her criminal record, Lindsey Ranee Silver, 34, who has also been known by the middle name of Renee and the surnames of Nuttle, Silver-Nuttle, and Nuttle-Barbour, could be given as much as two life prison terms if convicted of her current Payne County charges.
    According to court records, Silver had previously been convicted of:
    * possession of methamphetamine in Payne County in 2016 for which she was given in March 2017 a 60-day jail term followed by four years and 10 months of probation, which she admitted violating in December 2017 when she was released to her mother to go to a treatment facility;
    * first-degree burglary and malicious injury to property in Pawnee County in 2014 for which she was given in September 2014 two concurrent 30-day jail terms followed by six years and 11 months of probation for burglary and one year and 11 months of probation for the property offense;
    * knowingly concealing stolen property in Pawnee County in 2013 for which she was given in September 2014 a concurrent 30-day jail term followed by four years and 11 months of probation.
