(Stillwater, Okla.) — A homeless woman from Tulsa was charged today with possessing methamphetamine on Sunday within 1,000 feet of Cushing High School.
Larita Sherrie Franklin, 34, who was jailed on $20,000 bail, was scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon on the felony charge.
If convicted of possessing the drug near a public school, Franklin could be sentenced to four to 20 years in prison and fined $10,000, court records show.
