(Stillwater, Okla.) — A 64-year-old Perkins woman has been charged with financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult between 2016 and 2018 in Cushing, court records show.
Karen Kay Bair, who has not yet appeared in court, was accused of taking $9,248 in cash from the bank account of a vulnerable adult entrusted to her care and using it for her own personal benefit, according to the felony charge filed last week.
If convicted, Bair could be given as much as a 10-year prison term and a $10,000 fine, court records show.
