(Stillwater, Okla.) — Payne County District Attorney Tom Lee today filed a felony charge of commercial gambling at a Cushing bar against a Pawnee County woman.

    Cynthia Renee Patterson, 51, of Jennings, was accused of setting up gambling machines at Cin-City Bar at 711 N. Steele in Cushing and collecting the proceeds from them on Feb. 26.

    If convicted of commercial gambling, Patterson could be given a 10-year prison term and a $25,000 fine, court records show.

    The case was investigated by the Payne County Sheriff’s Department and the Stillwater Police Department, court records show.
