(Stillwater, Okla.) – A woman was charged Monday in Payne County District Court with bringing marijuana into the Cimarron Correctional Facility in Cushing on Sept. 28.
If convicted, Tanisha Lynn Tarver, 39, of Tulsa, could be given a five-year prison term and a $1,000 fine, according to court documents filed by prosecutor Karen Dixon.
An arrest warrant has not yet been issued in the case investigated by the Cushing Police Department, court records showed today.
