(Stillwater, Okla.) – A Yale woman was arraigned Wednesday from the Payne County Jail on a charge of propelling her car three times into a vehicle being driven by a Cushing man in rural Payne County on Tuesday. Brandy Lee Frazier, 38, was ordered held on $15,000 bond by Special District Judge Katherine Thomas, who told the defendant that if she posts bail she must not contact her alleged victim and must not possess firearms, court records show. Frazier was ordered to appear in court on Feb. 5 with an attorney on the felony charge of assault with a dangerous weapon, a felony punishable by a maximum of a 10-year prison term on conviction.***
