(Stillwater, Okla.) A 39-year-old woman has been accused of drunk driving and causing an accident on Norfolk Road at the Cimarron River Bridge that resulted in serious injuries to two Yale residents.
Crystal Lee Cardenas, 39, of Tulsa, has not yet appeared in Payne County District Court, although the two-count felony charge was filed against her two and one-half weeks ago, court records showed today.
