Oak Grove Elementary School received a $1000 check from Wal-Mart as part of their special preview of the Super Wal-Mart Store on East Main held for Wal-Mart associates, family and friends on Monday evening. Drumright High School and The Right Path Riding Academy received checks Monday evening, along with others that will follow suit during Wednesday’s festivities, as a part of Wal-Mart’s Grand Opening celebration. KUSH would like to remind our readers that Wal-Mart’s ribbon cutting is scheduled for 7 am on Wednesday, May 7th. A day of celebrating will continue as the Wal-Mart Super Center and it’s Cushing residents, including the surrounding communities, enjoy their shopping experience in this new facility.
