(Stillwater, Okla.) — At 10:15 a.m. on Saturday, the owners of Prescott Motors at 1023 E. 6th Ave. in Stillwater reported a burglary to the business as well as the theft of six vehicles from the lot — a 2001 Jeep Cherokee, a 2001 Chevrolet Suburban, a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup, a 2009 Cadillac CTS-V, a 2008 Chevrolet Impala and a 2001 Ford Fusion — with total loss due to damage and theft estimated at $41,100.00, a police news release said today.

Two of the vehicles, the Jeep Cherokee and the Ford Fusion, were located in the Motel 51 parking lot at 1324 E. 6th in Stillwater just after noon on Saturday. Arrested at the motel for alleged possession of the stolen vehicles were Amanda Sahara Burhans, 37, of Stillwater, and Kallea Renea Cowie, 29 years, of Perry. Burhans and Cowie were accused of knowingly concealing stolen property, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were booked at the Stillwater City jail before being transferred to the Payne County jail, a police news release said.

The investigation was continuing today, since more people are believed to be involved and these four vehicles were still missing this morning:
