This project is weather permitting:
(Payne County) — Northbound and southbound US-177/Perkins Rd. will be intermittently narrowed to one lane in each direction between SH-51/Sixth St. and Richmond Rd. in Stillwater from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday and continuing from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily through Friday for striping. Motorists should expect delays and congestion for this moving operation.
