(Cushing, Okla.) The Cushing Tigers will head north towards Stillwater this Friday, December 5, 2014 to take on the Kingfisher Yellowjackets in the Class 3A semi-finals.

*Barry Patterson told KUSH that Thursday, December 4, 2014, a pep rally will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the field north of Naifeh’s Deli and Grill. The public is invited.

The public is being asked to show their Tiger spirit and in the words of Jodie Shupe, “send them to Stillwater in style!” Anyone wishing to show their support can meet at 4 p.m. Friday at the Cushing Schools Administrative office parking lot, 1401 N. Little Ave. Show your Tiger Pride by bringing signs, pom poms, etc. and join other members of the community as they give the Cushing Tigers the send-off they deserve!

The semi-final game will be held at Stillwater High School, 1224 N. Husband. Cushing fans may park on the east side of the stadium and enter through the main entrances on the east side. (All over-flow parking is located north of the stadium at Cimarron Plaza.)

Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. and kickoff will be at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $7.

Due to OSSAA regulations, KUSH will not be video streaming the game but we will still have the action LIVE via radio and audio stream. We hope you will go to Stillwater and help cheer the Tigers to a victory but if for some reason you cannot make it to the game, be sure to keep your radio tuned to 1600 KUSH or CLICK HERE to listen via audio stream.

*Update*  The location for the pep rally has been changed and will be held between the softball and football fields at the high school.  There will also be a bonfire.

GOOD LUCK TIGERS!!!!!
