(Stillwater, Okla.) — A Tulsa man on probation for drunk driving was charged today with drunk driving at 9th and Perkins Road in Stillwater on Monday.

Charles Howard Wagenblast, 48, was also charged with driving on a suspended license in Stillwater, court records show.

When he was arrested by Stillwater police on Monday, Wagenblast was already on probation for aggravated drunk driving in Tulsa in 2013, for which he was given an eight-year suspended sentence.

Wagenblast had also been convicted of drunk driving in 2007 in Tulsa County, for which he was given a two-year prison term, court records show.

If convicted of his Payne County charge of drunk driving as a subsequent offense, Wagenblast could be imprisoned for as long as 20 years and fined $5,000.

If convicted of driving on a suspended license, Wagenblast could be given a one-year jail term and a $500 fine, court records show.
