(Ripley, Okla.)—The OHP reported that an accident occurred at 7:05 (pm) Sunday at 10523 West 133rd Street (3.5 South and 1 West of Ripley) in Payne County.
A 2002 John Deere 5205 Tractor operated by Michael Grimes ( 41) of Ripley was lifting a Spring-tooth using the front end loader on the tractor when Angela Twoguns (44) of Perkins, and Kay Dee Grimes (34) of Ripley were standing under the Spring-tooth. The Spring-tooth unfolded striking both pedestrians.
Michael Grimes the operator of the 2002 tractor was not injured. However, Twoguns and Kay Grimes were transported to Stillwater Medical Center where they were admitted in stable condition.
