Local teens will have the opportunity to try their hand at crime solving at the Cushing Public Library, Monday evening at 6:30.  A Murder Mystery! is just one of the many events going on this month at Cushing Public Library.  Be sure to check out the Lifestyles page on this website for photos of other library fun!

Sidewalk Art, Ribbon Dancing, and Balloon Sculptures are just some of the fun kids are having in the summer reading program.  But it’s almost over – Friday, June 26 is the last day that reading slips can be turned in.  The more slips you turn in, the more chances to win prizes.  Saturday, June 27 at 10 a.m. is the Wrap Party.  Awards, drawings for prizes, snacks and the return of The Amazing Christopher will be just part of the fun.  In fact, VFW Post 1118 and Cushing Wal-Mart have generously donated two cool prizes – BICYCLES!

But that’s not all – Monday, June 29th the Cushing Rotary Club will host the Summer Reading Program Swim Party at the Cushing Aquatic Center from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.  You can pick up your tickets for this free swim party at the Cushing Public Library on Friday or Saturday.
