Teresa Maria Bays, born in Cushing, passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at the Townsend Mitchell-Countryside Estates nursing home in Warner, OK. at the age of 57 years.
Funeral services have been entrusted to the Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Cushing, OK and will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday at the Palmer Marler Funeral Home Chapel in Cushing, OK.
Teresa was born on March 24, 1957 to the late Tommie Orville and Wanda (Jones) Riggins. Teresa attended school in Cushing, she enjoyed Crafts, Coloring, and she was an amazing cook. Teresa enjoyed being outside in her rose garden and as well as her collection of porcelain dolls, Teresa loved to hear Elvis songs, but most of all she loved and adored her children and grandchildren.
Teresa is Survived by one son: Edward Alan Turner and wife Lyni of Stillwater, one daughter: Ronna Montgomery and husband David of Claremore, one brother: Matt Coughran of Muskogee, two sisters: Cindy Beckham of Stillwater, and Susan Staley and husband Paul Richardson of Stillwater, five grandchildren: MyLisa Turner, Bradyn Turner, Ethan Buke, Aiden Montgomery, and Lindsey Hoftender and husband Tyler.
She is preceded in death by her Husband, Parents, and Grand Parents.
