(Stillwater, Okla.) — A Pawnee County teenager was arraigned today from the Payne County Jail on charges of possessing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in Cushing on Sunday.
Chayce William Schwab, 18, of Maramec, was ordered held on $5,000 bail pending a court appearance Thursday with an attorney to represent him on the two-count charge.
If convicted of both counts, the teenager could be incarcerated for 11 years and fined $6,000, according to the charge filed today in Payne County District Court.
