(Cushing, Okla.) The following information is a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety.
A fatality collision occurred at 9:36 (pm) on July 10th (2015) in Creek County on Milfay road just north of 211th Street south.
William Lawrence Bernal (28) from Stroud was driving a 2001 Harley Davidson northbound on Milfay road, when he struck a deer, ran off the roadway to the right and then struck a tree.
Bernal was pronounced dead at the scene from multiple injuries.
