(Stillwater, Okla.) — A Stillwater woman has been ordered to appear in court Friday on charges of  breaking into two pickup trucks and an SUV, all parked in the 1700 block of W. 22nd Street in Stillwater, as well as concealing a stolen wallet and its contents from its owner, all on Sunday.

Olivia Bayleigh Long, 23, remains in the Payne County Jail on $7,500 bail, court records show.

If convicted of her four-count felony charge, Long could be given a 26-year prison term, according to documents filed by prosecutor Debra Vincent.

Eight months ago, Long pleaded guilty to taking a $475 television from Walmart on Perkins Road in Stillwater, placing it in her shopping cart  and taking it to her car without paying for it on June 19, 2013, court records show.

Long was given six months’ probation with an order to pay a $250 fine, contribute $100 to the victims’ compensation fund, take a life skills course and perform five hours of community service.

Two months ago, a probation violation report alleging that Long had failed to make payments and had not started a life skills course was filed in court records.

Long “keeps promising to complete her life skills and make her payments, but has yet to do so,” Oklahoma Court Services Probation Supervisior Daniell Irwin wrote in a report to the court.

Long appeared on May 22 before Special District Judge Robert Hert, who ordered her to be in full compliance with her requirements by Aug. 21 in that misdemeanor shoplifting case, court records show.
