(Stillwater, Okla.) — An arrest warrant has been issued for a Stillwater woman accused of attacking a medical care provider for the Oklahoma Dialysis Center in Stillwater.

If convicted, Patricia K. Wood, 66, could be given as much as a two-year prison term and a $1,000 fine, according to the felony charge filed last week.

On Dec. 30, 2020, “Patricia Wood had come into the center asking for treatment.

“Wood was told she did not have an appointment,” the provider told Stillwater Police Officer Matt Smittle, according to his affidavit.

“Wood became agitated and struck (the provider) on her left arm twice and then bit her on her left shoulder,” the affidavit alleged.

The provider said, “this has occurred before and APS (Adult Protective Services) has been notified due to Wood’s behavior,” the affidavit alleged.
