(Stillwater, Okla.) — A Stillwater teenager on probation for car burglary was charged today with breaking into a house while it was occupied by a man, as well as breaking into three cars, all in Stillwater on Tuesday.
Tyler Zachery Zane Flint, 19, was being held in the Payne County Jail pending his arraignment this afternoon, a sheriff’s spokesman told KUSH today.
If convicted of first-degree burglary of an occupied house in the 2700 block of Mar Vista, Flint could be incarcerated for 10 years to life and fined $10,000 due to his criminal record.
If convicted of third-degree burglary of a 2005 Chevrolet parked in the 2700 block of S. Quail Ridge, Flint could be given a 10-year prison term and $10,000 fine.
If convicted of third-degree burglary of a 2001 Dodge parked in the 2700 block of S. Quail Ridge, Flint could be given a 10-year prison term and $10,000 fine.
If convicted of third-degree burglary of a 2004 Toyota Highlander parked in the 2800 block of W. 27th, Flint could be given a 10-year prison term and $10,000 fine.
Eleven months ago, Flint was given a six-month jail term followed by two and one-half years of probation for breaking into a car in Payne County in 2017, court records show.
