(STILLWATER, OK) – On Saturday, April 15, 2023, at 12:09 a.m., Stillwater Police Dept. (SPD) responded to the area 810 S. Jardot in reference to an assault with a deadly weapon. Officers arrived on scene and found an unresponsive male subject with multiple stab wounds. SPD officers attempted to perform life-saving measures, but the subject was later pronounced deceased by medical personnel.
The victim has been identified as Justin Springer, 35, of Stillwater.
A person of interest has been identified and the case is still under investigation by SPD Criminal Investigations Division.
