(Stillwater, Okla.) On October 29, 2014, at around 2:46pm, the Stillwater Police Department began receiving phone calls stating a man was in the western part of the city, holding a weapon and claiming to have killed someone. Arriving officers detained this man and further investigation located a deceased man in the 400 Blk. S. Oakdale. Investigators are on scene and at this time the investigation is in the preliminary stages. This case is being investigated as a homicide and we anticipate investigators will remain on scene for several hours tonight.
