Media Release (Stillwater PD)
(STILLWATER, OK) – On Monday, June 17, 2024, at 6:16 a.m., the Stillwater Police Department (SPD) responded to a report of indecent exposure on the west side of Boomer Lake. A white male was reportedly performing a lewd act in the direction of the victim.
The victim walked away from the suspect and contacted SPD. The suspect was last seen running west through the disc golf course area towards Washington Street. He is described as a white male, approximately 40 years old, clean-shaven, with shoulder-length blond hair, and wearing an orange shirt.
It is possible that this incident is related to a sexual assault that occurred on Wednesday, June 12. We are urging residents who frequent the lake to be cautious and observant. If you see anyone matching this description or acting suspiciously, please contact 911 immediately.
We also request that residents near Boomer Lake check their outdoor camera systems for any footage that may show someone matching this description.
