(Stillwater, Okla.) – A Stillwater man was arraigned from the Payne County Jail Friday on felony charges of possessing child pornography and using a cell phone illegally to download and view child pornography on Nov. 20.
Rodney David Ritter, 24, remains jailed on $50,000 bail, court records showed today.
If convicted of the two-count charge investigated by the state crime bureau, Ritter could be given a 25-year prison term and fined $30,000, according to court documents filed Friday by prosecutor Debra Vincent.
