    (Stillwater, Okla.) — A Stillwater man was charged today with second-degree burglary on Wednesday in a case investigated by the Oklahoma State University Police Department.
    James Anthony Ferraro, 39, was arraigned Wednesday from the Payne County Jail where he was being held on $3,000 bail pending his appearance before a judge today.
    According to Payne County court records, Ferraro was previously convicted of conspiracy to delivery marijuana in 2006, for which he was given a six-month jail term followed by six and one-half years of probation.
    Ferraro was also convicted of concealing stolen property in 2012, for which he was given a 180-day jail term followed by four and one-half years of probation.
