STILLWATER — A 28-year-old Stillwater man, who allegedly said he has a pornography addiction, has been jailed on $150,000 bond pending a court appearance this week at which he can seek a preliminary hearing on a three-count charge punishable by up to 50 years in prison on conviction.
Tyler Allen Graham was charged with distributing child sexual abuse material through Discord on Dec. 1, 2024, distributing child pornography through Kik on Oct. 20, 2024, and sexting someone he believed to be 14 through Kik on Oct. 19, 2024, court records show.
Stillwater Police Detective Kurt Merrill alleged in an affidavit, “On March 14, 2025, I received notification from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children,” of a Cyber Tip that Discord reported an individual had uploaded/shared apparent child sexual abuse material using a Discord account.
“They additionally had a chat conversation where the target user referred to himself as ‘TY 27’ and being in ‘OK.’ This indicates the user’s first name is Ty or something similar with their age being 27 years old and being from Oklahoma. Within the Discord chat, the user discusses his preferences for preteens and that he has a pornography addiction.
“Through this investigation, I was able to learn that Tyler Allen Graham is the user of the Discord account.”
Graham was arrested at 7:54 am on June 17 in Stillwater, according to the detective’s affidavit.
