(Stillwater, Okla) According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 22-year-old Dennis King of Stillwater was involved in a traffic accident Saturday afternoon at 1:49 on State Highway 51, west of Coyle Road.
The accident occured when King’s 2006 Ford pickup was west bound on Highway 51 and departed the roadway to the right. The truck then struck a cluster of mailboxes and a street sign, impacted an embankment, went air-born and rolled one time, coming to rest on its wheels.
King was reportedly in stable condition and was transported by LifeNet to Stillwater Medical Center with head, and leg injuries where he was admitted.
The 2006 Ford pickup reportedly did not have seat-belts in use.
