(Stillwater, Okla.) – A Stillwater man was charged today with drunk driving in Oklahoma for the third time, court records show.
    Michael Sean Morrison, 28, was scheduled to be arraigned by video from the Payne County Jail this afternoon in his latest case.
    Morrison was arrested by an Oklahoma State University police officer on a felony allegation of drunk driving a 2009 Dodge truck at Hall of Fame and Knoblock in Stillwater today.
    If convicted of his Payne County charge, Morrison could be imprisoned for one to five years and fined $5,000, court records show.
    Morrison was already on two five-year deferred sentences for drunk driving in Nichols Hills in 2015 and for drunk driving in Edmond 11 days before Christmas in 2017, Oklahoma County court records show.
