(Stillwater, OK) A Stillwater man was arraigned Friday on a felony charge accusing him of leaving the scene of a personal injury accident involving a bicyclist near the OSU campus in May. Shane Markey Drury, 22, was released on $1,000 cash bond Friday in the case investigated by the Oklahoma State University Police Department with an order to return to court on Oct. 6.
Drury was alleged to have been driving a Dodge pickup with a Texas license tag that was involved in a personal injury accident with a Stillwater bicyclist on May 4, court records show. If convicted of leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, Drury could be given a two-year prison term and a $1,000 fine, court records show.
