(Stillwater, Okla.) — A Stillwater man was charged today with breaking into a man’s house, pushing him against a wall, and choking him with threats to kill on Tuesday in Stillwater.

Eduardo Gonzalez Pulido, 43, was scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon from the Payne County Jail on a three-count charge, court records show.

If convicted of first-degree burglary, Pulido could be incarcerated for seven to 20 years and fined as much as $10,000.

If convicted of threatening to kill the man while choking him, Pulido could be given as much as a 10-year prison term and a $10,000 fine.

If convicted of pushing the man against a wall, Pulido could be given as much as a 90-day jail term and a $500 fine.

The incident was investigated by the Stillwater Police Department.
