(Stillwater, Okla.) — A 51-year-old Stillwater man, who was arrested by Cushing police and jailed on $100,000 bail, was charged today with domestic assault and battery as a subsequent offense and threatening or planning a violent act on Friday.
Paul Dewayne Smith was scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon by video from the Payne County Jail on the two-count charge, court records show.
