(Stillwater, Okla.) — A Stillwater man has been ordered to appear in court on Nov. 6 on charges of indecent exposure and solicitation of a minor in a public restroom at Couch Park in Stillwater.
Kyle Cobrady Cochran, 22, who remains free on $10,000 bail, could be given as much as a 40-year prison term if convicted of both felony counts filed last week in Payne County District Court.
Cochran has been accused of performing oral sex on an unnamed person in the restroom at Couch Park at 1400 S. Alcott and then exposing “his naked breasts and penis to Officer Paul Priegel upon exiting the facility,” on Saturday, Oct. 4, according to the charge.
Cochran has also been accused of offering to perform oral sex on a different person, described as a 16-year-old male, in the same public restroom at the park on Oct. 4, according to the charge.***
