(Cushing, Okla.) A special meeting of the Cushing Board of Commissioners will be held at City Hall tonight, Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 6 p.m This meeting is a study session to discuss the position of Assistant City Manager.
In late April, City Manager Steve Spears began recruiting for the positiion of Assistant City Manager. He is seeking a dual purpose assistant one with community and economic development responsibilities in addition to other duties assigned. The position as it is currently advertised will be a full-time employee of the City.
Tonight’s meeting is open to the public. All are encouraged to attend and have a voice in city leadership.
