Grab your lawn chairs and come out to the Grand Opening of Cushing’s Skate Park Thursday, April 8th at 4 p.m. in Memorial Park!
The City of Cushing is proud to announce the Grand Opening of the Skate Park located at the corner of Second and Little in Memorial Park. BMX competitor Spencer Bass, 19, and skater Taylor Bray, 17 will be showing off their skills after the park dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony at 4 p.m. Bass and Bray are part of the Action Alliance Sports Team and have been national competitors in Arizona, California, Utah and Texas. Bass is sponsored by Hidden Clothing and Alliance Skate Shop and Bray is sponsored by Alliance Skate Shop.
The Sports Team will be giving out tips as well as prizes such as clothing, decks, shoes and wheels! The fun and excitement will be going on until dusk.
