(Cushing, Okla.) The following information is a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety.
A fatality collision occurred at approximately 11:33 (p.m.) on Friday, April 24th (2015) on US 412 eastbound at 129th West Ave in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
Jerimy Dale Townley (36) of Sapulpa, was operating a 2001 Harley Davidson Motorcycle that was going eastbound on US 412, when it departed the roadway to the left and struck a cable barrier.
Townly was transported to St John Hospital (Tulsa) where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
The cause of the collision is unknown.
