(Cushing, Okla.) The following information is based on a preliminary collision report furnished by the Department of Public Safety (DPS).
An injury collision occurred on May 14th (2018) at approximately 08:55 am on SH97 at 81st Street South, southbound 6/10 of a mile north of Sapulpa, in Creek County.
The drivers of the vehicles that were involved in the collision are, Sherri D. Nelson (50) of Bristow and Jerry D. Ramsey (40) of Sand Springs.
Nelson was not injured.
Ramsey was transported by Creek County EMS to St. John Hospital (Tulsa) where he was admitted.
According to the DPS report the collision is still under investigation.
