Rotarian of the Day, Holly Tichenor, brought the special talents of the Presbyterian Promises to Rotary Club on Thursday.
The Presbyterian Promises, comprised of local children, performed several numbers including one that required club members and visitors to participate.
“If you’re happy and you know it clap your hands, turn around – shake your booty!” the kids sang – giggling as they watched their audience clap, turn and shake.
While some audience members appeared more “talented” than others during the song, Tichenor pointed to the “big picture.”
“Today we are celebrating talent,” Tichenor said. “We all have a talent – no matter who you are – everyone makes a difference.”
