Ronnie Lee Farrow, a Cushing resident, passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2014 in his home at the age of 55 years.
Funeral services have been entrusted to the care of the Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Cushing, OK and will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 30, 2014 in the Palmer Marler Funeral Home Chapel with Brother David Smith officiating.
The son of James Monroe Farrow and Betty Jean (Raley) Farrow, Ronnie was born on July 23, 1958 in Oklahoma City, OK. Ronnie grew up in Sparks, OK and following high school he entered into the United States Army. After receiving his honorable discharge he returned to Oklahoma, moving to Tahlequah.
Ronnie was united in marriage to Sandra Jean Baine on July 18, 1982 in Peggs, OK. Ronnie worked as a small engine manager while living in Tahlequah. He and Sandy moved to Cushing in 2001 where he worked building fence. In his spare time Ronnie loved Junking, but anyone that knew him, knew that Junking was his “real job.” If he wasn’t junking, you could find Ronnie hunting or fishing with his oldest grandson Codey.
Survivors include his wife Sandy of the home; four children, Rodney Farrow and his wife Jackie of Cushing, Candace Farrow and her husband Steven Gosnell of Cushing, Melanie Keys of Cushing, and Melissa Renfro and her husband Rocky of Tahlequah, OK; three brothers, James Farrow and his wife Belinda, Kenneth Farrow and his wife Jackie, and Glen Farrow and his wife Linda; three sisters, Deloris Hood and her husband Glenn, Peggy Seth and her husband David, and Connie Minton; seven grandchildren, Codey Farrow, David Keys Jr., Destiny Locklear, Kaylee Farrow, Devon DeShazer, Brandon Morse and his wife Annie, and Tori Renfro; one great-granddaughter, Kara Morse; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, James and Betty Farrow.
