(Cushing, Okla.) Do you remember what you were doing at 11 years old? Chances are it didn’t involve standing on top of two galloping horses – straddling a pole of fire.
Eleven-year-old Zayne Allen Goode will be appearing at the Cushing Community PRCA Rodeo July 9, 10 along with his world-renowned grandparents – Leon and Vicki Adams. The budding trick rider performer is expected to astound the audience with his daring feats performed atop his pair of full-blooded white Tennessee Walking Horses, Rudy and Trudy.
Zayne enjoys competing in the Oklahoma Junior Rodeo Association rodeo events such as mini bareback riding and steer riding – as well as pole bends, barrel races, goat ties and breakaway calf roping. In 2008 and 2009, he won the All-Around Saddle and currently Zayne is the leader for the 10 and under All-Around Cowboy. Recently, he started Roman riding under the instruction of his grandfather, the Legendary Leon Adams. Out of the arena, Zayne excels in basketball and baseball in his school where he is also a straight A student.
Zayne is the son of Kerri Adams Hall of Stuart, Oklahoma and Blake Goode of Bonham, Texas.
