(Cushing, Okla.) On Tuesday, Cushing Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors held a ribbon cutting for a new pharmacy at Food Pyramid in Cushing.
Dayle O’Dell, manager of the Cushing location, said the pharmacy came about after receiving numerous requests from patrons. “We had customers tell us they wished for more of a ‘one stop’ shopping experience,” O’Dell told KUSH. He went on to say they selected a “good gal” as the pharmacist, Lisa Wiegleb.
Wiegleb said after working at large city pharmacies, she is looking forward to the slower pace a smaller community offers. “I want to be able to give my customers the time and attention they may need,” she said.
Working along side as her assistant will be Whitney Lichtenberger.
Pharmacy hours are Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
