(Stillwater) – A California-based medical supply company has been hit with three lawsuits in Payne County District courts over a medical device used to treat urinary stress incontinence. The Lawsuits were filed February 29th against Mentor Corporation of Santa Barbara California, and alleges that the ObTape Vaginal Sling caused chronic pain, infections and erosion of vaginal tissues, among other problems.
