STILLWATER, Okla. – The Payne County Health Department is offering a SAIL (Staying Active and Independent for Life) class at the at the Cushing Youth Center, 700 S. Little Ave., in Cushing. Classes are from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. each Tuesday and Thursday beginning January 20, 2026.

Easily modifiable to meet your current ability, SAIL can be done while seated or standing. Each class includes: warm up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercise, as well as cool down.

“We are excited to offer this course in Cushing,” said Carrie Thomas, Health Educator, who will be leading the class. “This is a great opportunity for you and your friends to come out and learn a new set of exercises.”
