Pauline Glover Matzick

Pauline Glover Matzick of Gresham, Oregon passed away on Sept. 25, 2008 at the age of 83.
Pauline was born May 13, 1925 in Cushing, Oklahoma to Philip Jerome Glover and LaVeta Viola Glover. She attended school in Cushing and graduated from Cushing High School in 1942. After graduation Pauline attended Chillicothe Business School in Chillicothe, Missouri. Later she accepted a job in Rifle, Colorado where she met the love of her life Arthur Matzick a chemical engineer at the U.S. Bureau of Mines oil-shale research facility. They married on October 15, 1950 in Cushing. Their careers took them to various locations in the western U.S. and more recently to Gresham, Oregon where Pauline passed away.
She is survived by her husband Arthur Matzick of Gresham, Oregon, and her uncles Lawrence Pippenger of Cushing and Edwin Pippenger of Oklahoma City. Interment will be in Colorado Springs, Colorado at the Shrine of Remembrance in a crypt beside her mother and father.
