Pamela Helen Cantrell, Cushing resident, passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at the Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa, following a brief illness, at the age of 66 years.
Pam was born August 2, 1947 to David William and Mary Maxyne (Birkes) Lebow in Enid, Oklahoma. She was a 1965 graduate of Star-Spencer High School, Spencer, Oklahoma.
While living in Glencoe, Pam had worked for Walmart for several years prior to moving to Cushing.
She is predeceased by her father David Lebow; husband Tommy Reagan; one brother Mike Lebow and one granddaughter, Cheyanne Reagan.
She is survived by three sons, Brian Lebow and his wife Celeste Harmon, Eddie Reagan and wife Fleta, Shane Reagan and wife Jodie, of McAllister; one daughter, Lillie Amanda Teel and husband Rodney, of Cushing; her mother Maxine Lebow of Cushing, one brother, David and his wife Kitty of Yale; grandchildren, A.J. Reagan, Joey Reagan, Jacob Reagan, Serenity Hutchinson, Jaden Reagan, Jazzmynn Reagan, Samual Reagan, Robert Teel, Reagan Teel, Brianna Lebow, Shannon Lebow, Braden Bullard, and Jessie Gossman and many other family members and friends.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Davis Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Pastor Kevin Clouse officiating.
