(Idabel) –The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is offering up to a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the shooting death of Jasmon Howell. The 18-year-old Idabel resident was shot September 17, 2007, at about 2:20 a.m. while sitting in his car parked at 1900 Hillcrest in Idabel.

The bureau believes the reward will entice individuals to come forward who have previously been afraid or believed their information may not be important to the investigation.
