(Stroud, Okla.) A news released by OSBI said Stroud Police Department requested OSBI assistance after a fisherman found a body in Foster Park Pond on Sunday.
The body has been identified as 48-year-old Reginald Brock of Stroud. Investigators found no obvious signs of trauma to the body. An autopsy will determine the cause/manner of death. Until then, OSBI agents will work to build a timeline of events that lead up to Brock’s death.
