(Drumright, Okla.) During the early morning hours Friday, family members discovered the body of 64 year-old David Hunziker, D.O.B. 11/16/50 at his residence, 606 E. 5th, Drumright, Oklahoma.
Drumright Chief of Police, Billy Lyon, told KUSH the investigation has been turned over to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI). KUSH spoke with Public Information Officer, Jessica Brown who stated that they are treating this death as a homicide. “We want to find the person or persons who did this as soon as possible”, Brown stated. The OSBI is collecting evidence from the scene.
No suspects or motive has been named at this time. Hunziker’s body has been sent to the state medical examiner’s office to determine cause of death. No other information is currently available. This is an ongoing investigation and KUSH will provide more updates as they become available.
